CORE VALUES – We evaluate with leadership the values of the organization. Are they relevant and achievable? Are they engrained in the fabric of the organization through hiring and training? How are they measured?
CULTURE – Every organization has a culture, is it healthy? Culture is seen, felt and perceived.
- Culture Set – We work with new organizations to install the Core Values within their environment through hiring, training and setting management expectations.
- Culture Reset – Every organization has a culture, unfortunately many are not healthy. The result is a poor customer experience which then impacts the results negatively. It is not impossible to fix, it takes honest evaluation that will leads to change. It starts with the leader. Our job, to work closely with leadership to build a strategic plan to get back on course.
THE EXPERIENCE – When there is a problem, it doesn’t start with the experience. It is the product of the culture. What does the customer take away from their experience and what do they tell their world? By setting or resetting the culture, the experience changes. It will never be perfect but when mistakes happen, effective and efficient recovery is in place to not only regain credibility but to earn more.
